Shipping policy
Items available for sale online at fr.lalique.com can be delivered in France (including Corsica, French Overseas Territory undelivered), the countries of the European Union (except Spanish and Portuguese islands), Norway, Switzerland and Monaco. For logistical reasons, perfumes cannot be delivered to Cyprus, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Ireland, Malta, Poland and Portugal.
Orders placed on the online store fr.lalique.com are shipped the next business day after the order is placed, from our French factory via our logistics partners TNT or DHL.
Please note that orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
Delivery times recorded by our supplier are:
- For delivery to France (including Corsica, French Overseas Territory undelivered), the average delivery time is between 1 to 3 business days from the date of dispatch.
- For delivery to European Union countries, Norway, Switzerland and Monaco, the average delivery time is between 2 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch.
Some creations being made to order, delivery times, costs, and terms will be confirmed by a Lalique advisor prior to order validation. These items include boxes, furnitures, decorative pannels, large lightings, seatings, mirrors, and textiles.
With the exception of perfumes and books, the delivery costs charged on fr.lalique.com depends on the order amount and location:
