Mark Donald, a Michelin-starred chef and a self-taught culinary virtuoso, has honed his innate talent for haute cuisine by serving worldwide. His experience at Noma, one of the world's finest restaurants, has given him an appreciation for raw, wild ingredients and sophisticated flavors. Since returning home in 2021, Mark Donald has been head chef at The Glenturret Lalique restaurant.
