Mark Donald, a Michelin-starred chef and a self-taught culinary virtuoso, has honed his innate talent for haute cuisine by serving worldwide. His experience at Noma, one of the world's finest restaurants, has given him an appreciation for raw, wild ingredients and sophisticated flavors. Since returning home in 2021, Mark Donald has been head chef at The Glenturret Lalique restaurant.

Jefferson Fouquet has revolutionized the world of flowers by breaking the codes of floral art in a personal and radical way. He has worked as a florist for some of the biggest names in fashion, creating hybrid, surreal, and highly visual creations that provoke a sensitive disruption of the established art form.
