SHIPPING
Items available for sale online at lalique.com can be delivered in France (including Corsica, French Overseas Territory undelivered), the countries of the European Union (except Spanish and Portuguese islands), United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland and Monaco.
Orders placed on the online store lalique.com are shipped from our French factory and delivered by our logistics partner TNT. Please note that for deliveries to the United Kingdom, orders are shipped by TNT from our French factory and are delivered to our Conduit Street store on UK soil. The store takes care of shipping the package to the Client's home. The customs duties are therefore taken care of by Lalique, no additional costs are charged to the Client on top of the amount of the order already paid.
Delivery times recorded by our supplier are:
- For delivery to France (including Corsica, French Overseas Territory undelivered), the average delivery time is between 1 to 3 business days from the date of dispatch.
- For delivery to European Union countries, Norway, Switzerland and Monaco, the average delivery time is between 2 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch.
- For delivery to the United Kingdom, the average delivery time is between 10 to 15 business days from the order confirmation.
Please note that orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
